Rogelio Loredo lived and studied 10 years at the Houston Song Shan Shaolin Temple under the teachings of Grand Master Shi Da Shan 31st generation Shaolin Warrior Monk.  Rogelio left the temple to start teaching the art of Shaolin here in Portland.  He looks forward to helping anybody who is ready to accept the challenge of learning Shaolin Kung Fu.

Shaolin Art-forms of this Spring Break Intensive:

Tong Zi Gong is a class for kids that start practicing Kung Fu at early age, flexibility its a basic foundation to develop a strong agile body of Kung Fu. Tong zi gong students are put to do stretching that help there kicks, punches and body speed to perform animal movements and hard techniques in any sport they may choose or do later in life.

  • Saturday 2:00-3:00pm
  • M,W,Th,F 4:00-5:00pm

Shaolin Traditional consisted on a strong foundation, conditioning the body speed, agility, strength, flexibility and discipline.  Kung fu traditional forms are part of this class to help improve and develop hidden talents of each student. Shaolin traditional is based on animal forms and movements that help the student to challenge it's regular body motions.

Sanda or Sanshoe Is a class of self defense like kick boxing or Muay Thai.. Conditioning of the muscles, nerves, reflects and speed. This class prepare the student to fight one or more attackers, it helps to fight smart and calm under stress, this class is good for cardio, confidence self discipline and it helps to mold a kind heart to always fight to punish evil when it's necessary.

Qi Gong is based on learning how to borrow and use universal energy true breathing exercises that help self healing and long healthy life.... Qi gong helps the organs of the body to function better than properly.... Qi gong is an energy that we all have, once is mastered it can be use to heal others or hurt an attacker when life is in danger. Qi gong students have many unique talents of the body, mind and spirit.
