QiGong: "JinJingGong: Transforming the Tendons & Nourishing Life" JinJingGong (Tendon/Channel Work) is a system of traditional life-nourishing exercises which emphasizes deep tendon and fascia strengthening, coupled with dynamic motion, long periods of standing, breath work, shaking, sensing and visualization. JinJingGong is a vigorous style of qigong with mythical roots originating from Mt. Emei, as transmitted by Prof. Wang Qingyu. "This system is for building heart-bridges, and becoming a true person. Any powers that come from it are a side-effect."
